Why Our Coaching Services Special?
We believe in preparing our youth for a successful life. I have been inside the classroom as a teacher for years. The school system has totally changed. They have taken away a lot of useful resource and skills that our kids will need in the future. My Mentor Program has everything our youth need to become successful. We are a family-oriented organization because we are aware that it takes a village to get the job done.

Coach T
My name is Chandrika Thomas better Known “Coach T.” I am married with three children’s. I enjoy living in my purpose by helping and empowering our youth. I am a teacher, coach, and mentor I was born in a small town in Mississippi call Tunica. We have a lot of talent in my hometown. I enjoy mentoring and coaching our youth to become successful. I believe in speaking life over our youth lives. All things are possible with God. I am providing these services because I have actively been through these steps as a child. I have also played middle high school and college ball. I enjoy connecting with our youth on this journey I now have my master’s degree in education! I am so excited that I am able to use my gift to help touch, save and change other lives.

Hey! I go by Coach Z. I attended Mississippi Delta on a basketball scholarship before transferring to University of Memphis. I work in Human Resources at WK Kellogg. Since I was young I’ve always loved playing any sport with a ball. Basketball became my favorite and taught me values I still live by. I’ve always loved being around kids. And although none of my own yet, kids tend to attract to me as much as I do them. I feel it’s important to give our youth different outlets that can have a positive impact on their lives. For me, basketball was that outlet and one of my passions is to be that positive outlet for the next generation.

I enjoy giving back to my community. I am a Graduated of the University of Southern Miss with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
